What is Orum Labs?
Orum Labs is the AI lab of NEXA, a digital growth agency founded in 2005. What is an autonomous AI agent?
An autonomous AI agent carries out a task without being prompted through each step. It picks up the workflow, optimises it, delivers the result and reports back. Agents can work alone or as a team. Orum Agents builds them for a specific workflow rather than supplying a general-purpose assistant.
How is Orum Labs different from an AI consultancy?
A consultancy advises and leaves. Orum Labs evaluates, then builds and supervises what it recommends. What happens to the information I send through the contact form?
Your name, work email, company, chosen route and message are delivered to the Orum Labs mailbox and used to answer you. The time the message was sent and the internet address it came from are logged too, which helps separate real enquiries from automated ones. Enquiry information is kept for six years after the last interaction, then erased; technical request logs for 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy, a correction or deletion, answered within one month.
